The vineyards of the Elia Palazzesi "Collelceto" company are located at 150/180 meters above sea level, the clayey soils sheltered to the north by wooded hills and to the south west exposed to the mistral winds guarantee always temperate conditions essential for a healthy and prolonged maturation of the grapes. The Brunello is aged for 30 months in oak barrels.
